Santo Domingo Airport questions

What travellers ask us most about landing in the capital.

At Las Americas International Airport

How far is the Colonial Zone?
Thirty to forty minutes on the coast road, longer in evening traffic. Boca Chica is fifteen minutes.
Do you do Santo Domingo to Punta Cana?
Yes, about two and a half hours at a fixed price. It is one of our most common routes.
Is there a fee to enter the country?
The tourist card is included in almost every airline ticket. The e-Ticket form is free and filled online before you fly.
Are the tolls included?
Yes. The Las Americas motorway has tolls and they are already in your price. No driver of ours asks for toll money.
Is there Wi-Fi at the airport?
Free but slow. A prepaid Claro or Altice SIM at the desks after customs is the better option.
Can the driver wait if immigration is slow?
Yes. We track your flight and the driver waits; immigration queues never cost you extra.

The same at every airport

How do I find my driver?
Just outside the arrivals doors of your terminal, holding an eTransfers name board. Your confirmation shows the exact spot for your terminal.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track it. The driver adjusts and there is no extra charge for delays.
How long will the driver wait?
Sixty minutes after landing on international flights, thirty on domestic. Immigration queues don’t count against you.
Is the price final?
Yes. Fixed price per vehicle, taxes and fees included. The driver never asks you for a fare.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, always. Six people in one van pay what one person pays.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Add them when you book and they are fitted before you land.
Can I change my pick-up time?
Yes, from your booking. With Premium it is free up to 12 hours before; with Economy you get one included change with 24 hours’ notice.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes, English and Spanish at every airport we serve.
Can I book after landing?
You can, but the online price is lower and the driver is already there. Two minutes before you fly saves you the queue.
What if I cannot find my driver?
Message us on WhatsApp, 24/7. Never accept a lift from anyone who approaches you; we will locate your driver in minutes.
