Flight status

Los Cabos Airport flight status

Your transfer follows your flight, not the clock.

Arrivals and departures · SJD

We watch your flight number from the moment you book. If it lands early, late or on another day, your pick-up moves with it — and that never costs you a penny.

What happens if your flight moves

This is the part nobody should have to think about. We watch the flight number you gave us and act on it.

  1. We track your flight number

From the moment you book. If the flight is retimed, we move the pick-up before you land.

  2. The driver waits, at no charge

Sixty minutes after landing on international flights, thirty on domestic. Immigration queues never count against you.

  3. If you miss the flight altogether

Send us the new flight number. With Premium, changing the date or the time is free up to 12 hours before the original pick-up; with Economy it is your one included change, with 24 hours’ notice. Outside those windows, we move it subject to availability.

What the status means for your pick-up

  • DelayedYour driver waits. Free waiting time counts from the new landing time.
  • EarlyThe driver is usually already there. If the meeting point is empty, give it five minutes.
  • Cancelled or rebookedIf the airline cancels or changes your flight, send IAN the new number and we move the pick-up at no charge. If you change it yourself, your fare’s change rules apply.
  • LandedWalk out at your own pace. Immigration queues don’t count against your waiting time.
