What we move

The same fleet and the same name boards. What changes is how many vehicles, and when each one is at the door.

Weddings

The board carries the couple's names. Guests arrive over three days and each one is met off their own flight, not at a fixed time.

Conventions and corporate events

Your company logo on the board, a manifest per vehicle and a single invoice with CFDI in Mexico.

Incentive trips

Luxury SUVs and vans for the group, in the arrival order you decide.

Retreats and groups of friends

One group van for up to 15, or several in convoy, at a price per vehicle, not per head.

Group questions

How many travellers make it a group?
From nine, which is when one vehicle stops being enough. Below that the normal booking is cheaper and instant.
Is there a discount?
Group rates are quoted per event, not from a public table: the price depends on how many vehicles and how spread out the arrivals are. Grouping close arrivals is what actually brings it down.
Can guests pay separately?
Yes. Either you pay for the whole event, or each guest gets their own link with your rate applied.
What if a flight changes?
It moves by itself, like any other booking. The coordinator sees it and tells you only if it affects another vehicle.
Which airports?
All the ones we serve. Cancun and Punta Cana handle the largest events; the rest depend on how many vehicles are free on those dates.
Can we cancel?
With the Premium fare, free up to 24 hours before each pick-up, leg by leg, and cancelling one guest doesn’t affect the rest. The group van is sold on the Economy fare: no free cancellation, but one change with 24 hours’ notice.
