Terms of service
These terms apply to every booking made on etransfers.com and through our partners. By completing a booking you accept them.
Who we are
ETRANSFERS S.A. de C.V. is a Mexican online travel agency registered with SECTUR, headquartered at Cancún International Airport. We operate private transfers with our own fleet and contracted operators, and we sell tours operated by third parties.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive the voucher with a reference number. The voucher shows the service, the price paid and what is included. Please check names, dates and flight numbers; you can correct them from MyTrip under the change rules of your fare.
Prices are per vehicle unless stated otherwise, in US dollars, and include taxes, tolls, luggage and the meet & greet service.
Payment
Payment is made in full when you complete the booking, through Stripe or PayPal. We never store card details. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative; the charge is made in US dollars.
The service
Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with a sign bearing your name, tracks your flight and takes you directly to the address on the voucher. With the Premium fare, one short courtesy stop is included; on Economy, stops are requested when booking and may cost extra. Vehicles are private and never shared.
Child seats are provided free on request. Mexican law requires children under 12 to travel in the back seat; we follow it.
Changes and cancellations
See the Cancellation policy for windows and refunds. It forms part of these terms.
Liability
Every seat is covered by passenger insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, customs or events outside our control, but we will always try to reach you and rearrange the service. For tours operated by third parties, the operator’s terms apply to the activity itself.
On board
Smoking, open alcohol and behaviour that endangers the driver or the vehicle are not allowed. The driver may end the ride without refund in those cases.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes are handled by PROFECO or the courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country.
