Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you book, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data and the GDPR for European travelers.

What we collect

  • Identity and contact: name, email, phone, country.
  • Trip data: flight numbers, dates, addresses, number of passengers and ages.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe and PayPal; we receive only the last four digits and the authorization.
  • Technical: device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed, through cookies described in the Cookie policy.

Why we use it

To run your transfer: assign a driver, track your flight, send the voucher, contact you on the day of travel. To answer you through IAN, Emma and our team. To send you the confirmation and, if you opt in, offers for your dates.

Who we share it with

Your driver receives your name, flight, pickup and drop-off addresses and phone. Tour operators receive the names and ages of the travelers. Stripe, PayPal, our messaging and hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for five years for tax purposes. Marketing preferences until you withdraw them. Technical data up to 13 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to marketing, by writing to privacy@etransfers.com. We answer within 20 business days. European travelers may also contact their local supervisory authority.

Security

Data travels encrypted, is stored in access-controlled systems and is visible only to the people who need it for your trip.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our practices change and show the date at the top. Significant changes are announced by email to travelers with active bookings.
