Arriving at Orlando Airport
Two buildings a mile apart. Knowing which one you are in is the whole thing.

Arrival instructions, step by step
MCO has two separate buildings a mile apart. Knowing which one you land in is the whole thing.
Immigration, if you are international
Terminal C handles most international wide-bodies now. US arrivals go straight to baggage claim.
The laser visa works for flying, with a passport
Mexico’s border crossing card (DSP-150) is a B-1/B-2 visa, so it works for flying to Miami or Orlando. The one thing to remember is that arriving by air you always present it together with a valid Mexican passport: the card on its own will not get you on the plane.
A connection in the United States counts as entry
There is no sterile international transit here: everyone who lands clears immigration, collects their bag and rechecks it. If you are only connecting onward to another country, you still need an ESTA or a visa. Without one you will not be allowed to board at origin.
The automated people mover
In Terminals A and B you take the shuttle from your airside to the main terminal before baggage claim. It is two minutes and it is not optional.
Baggage claim
Baggage claim is on Level 2 of the main terminal for A and B, and on Level 2 of Terminal C.
Down to Level 1
Ground transportation is on Level 1 in every terminal at MCO. That is where your driver is.
Find the sign
Your driver meets you on the ground transportation level of your terminal with an eTransfers sign. Photo and plate are in MyTrip before you land.
Thirty minutes to Disney
Walt Disney World is about thirty minutes, Universal and International Drive twenty, Kissimmee twenty-five, Port Canaveral about an hour.

What to watch for at Orlando Airport
It is a separate complex about a mile from A and B, linked by a train. If you walk out of the wrong building looking for your driver, you are in the wrong place entirely.
It charges per person and drops off resort by resort. For a family of four it costs more than a private vehicle and takes twice as long, which after a transatlantic flight with children is a real cost.
App prices in Orlando spike on park opening and closing hours. A prepaid transfer does not.
Driver name, photo and plate are in MyTrip before you land.
What happens if your flight moves
- We track your flight numberFrom the moment you book. If the schedule moves, we move the pickup before you land.
- The driver waits, at no chargeSixty minutes after landing on international flights, thirty on domestic. Immigration lines never count against you.
- If you miss the flight entirelyMessage us with the new flight number. With Premium, changing the date or the time is free up to 12 hours before the original pickup; with Economy it is your one included change, with 24 hours’ notice. Outside those windows, we move it subject to availability.
