Arriving at Ocean Riviera Paradise
Before you land: four sections and a generous arrival and departure
Ocean Riviera Paradise is at km 296 of Highway 307, on Playa Xcalacoco, 10 minutes north of Playa del Carmen and Fifth Avenue. From Cancun Airport it is 50 km, 60 min without traffic.
Four sections, two private desks
Paradise is the central section by the beach, Family sits by the water park and kids club, El Beso is adults only and Privilege has its own beach area. El Beso and Privilege check in privately. Tell us your section and we drop you at the right door.
Registered from 11 am
Rooms are ready at 3 pm, but from 11 am you can check in, leave your bags and use the pools and restaurants. Earlier than 11 or an earlier room may be charged, about 15 USD per hour.
Check-out at noon, all-inclusive until 2 pm
After check-out you keep the all-inclusive until 2 pm and can use the common areas while you wait for your pickup.
The resort’s transfer
Free only when you book on the hotel’s website for 3 nights or more, requested 72 hours ahead; otherwise it is charged. Ours is private, priced per vehicle and paid when you book.
Not Ocean Maya Royale
Ocean Maya Royale, adults only and from the same chain, is another hotel at km 299, 5.6 km away with its own entrance. El Beso, on the other hand, is inside Ocean Riviera Paradise.
With kids
Kids club for ages 4 to 12 and Teen Club for 13 to 17. Swim-up suites and the spa are 18+. Child seats in our vehicles are free.

No. El Beso is the adults-only section inside Ocean Riviera Paradise, at the same address, with its own private check-in.
Does Ocean Riviera Paradise include the airport transfer?
Only if you booked on its website for 3 nights or more, requested 72 hours ahead. Otherwise we take you private, at a fixed price per vehicle.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Ocean Riviera Paradise, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
