Despite “Riviera Cancun” in its name, Secrets Maroma Beach is not in Cancun: it sits on Playa Maroma at km 306.5 of Highway 307, toward Playa del Carmen. From the airport it is 42 km, 60 min without traffic.
The last stretch
At km 306.5 you leave Highway 307 for a private, restricted-access road down to the beach. Your driver knows the turn.
Not Secrets Riviera Cancun
Secrets Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa is a different hotel, in Puerto Morelos. Secrets also has resorts at Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Akumal and Tulum, plus The Vine in Cancun: check the full name on your booking.
The resort’s transfer
There is no free airport transfer; the concierge can arrange one at extra cost. Ours is private, priced per vehicle and paid when you book.

Does Secrets Maroma Beach have an airport shuttle?
Not a free one. The concierge can book transport at extra cost. We take you private from Cancun Airport to the lobby, at a fixed price per vehicle.
Is Secrets Maroma Beach the same as Secrets Riviera Cancun?
No. Secrets Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa is in Puerto Morelos; Secrets Maroma Beach is farther south, on Playa Maroma. Different hotels and a different drive.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
