Can the car reach the hotel door?
Yes, on Avenida 10. Fifth Avenue, one block away, is pedestrian, but the hotel’s entrance is on the street side.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Hotel Riviera Caribe Maya, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
