How it works
How pickup works at Cancún
Exactly what happens from the moment you land.
Land and clear customs
Customs takes 20 to 40 minutes. We track your flight the whole time, so a delay does not cost you the transfer.
Walk past the counters
Ignore the timeshare and taxi desks inside the terminal. Your driver waits outside the exit doors.
Find your name
An eTransfers sign with your name, behind the barrier. If you do not see it, call the number on your voucher.
Straight to the hotel
No stops, no extra passengers. The price on your voucher is the price.

“We decided to book a roundtrip with etransfers online. We used a promo code, it was the most affordable shuttle option we found in Cancun. The drivers were waiting for us at the airport upon arrival and were punctual for our return journey from the hotel. They were polite, drove safely, and provided excellent service. I will definitely choose them again for my future trips.”

Traveler questions
Questions about this transfer
Where does the driver drop me off?
At the address you give us when booking in Condo Hotels: your hotel door, your rental or the main entrance. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free, and you ask for them when booking. Tell us the child's age so the right seat goes in the van.
How do I get back to the airport?
We pick you up at the address you give us. We confirm the time the day before. With Premium you can change it free up to 12 hours ahead; with Economy you get one included change with 24 hours’ notice.
