Questions about your hotel transfer
Does my hotel have an airport shuttle?
Some resorts offer transportation, usually for a fee or only with certain packages, and many do not. Ask your hotel; if it is not included, this list shows the fixed price of a private transfer to its door.
How much is the transfer from the airport to my hotel?
The zone sets the price, not the hotel: every hotel in the same zone costs the same. Each zone on the list shows its starting price, per vehicle, taxes included.
What if my hotel is not on the list?
Type it in the search box. If it does not come up, choose the zone or neighborhood it is in and the price is the same; you can also message IAN on WhatsApp.
Does the driver go all the way to the lobby?
Yes. You are dropped at the hotel main entrance with your luggage, and for the return you are picked up at the same door.
