Make the most of the attractions in Cancun and Riviera Maya that will take you to mystical places in the territories of Chaac, the god of water. Enjoy subway rivers, a beach area, a lagoon and natural seawater pools. For the little ones there is a special area, Children's World, where they can swim in shallow cenotes and splash pools designed for them.

You can visit the Coral Reef Aquarium and the sea turtle area in the park. Important information

Xcaret Mexico is open every day from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm.
Children under 4 years old are free. Children from 5 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket (in both cases it is necessary to present identification at the park's ticket booths).
Children over 1.40 m, but under 12 years old, must also present identification to prove their age.
Reservations canceled more than two days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations canceled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable.
It is not possible to change your arrival date on the day of your visit.
Use of snorkel equipment requires a refundable deposit of $100 MXN or $10 USD.

Recommendations

You must bring your printed proof of purchase.
Wear comfortable and light clothing. Don't forget your bathing suit, bring a towel and extra clothes.
Sunscreens and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park. If you do not comply with this requirement, there is a module at the entrance where you can exchange your sunscreen for a chemical-free sample. Your sunscreen will be returned to you at the exit.
Bring cash or use your credit/debit cards to buy souvenirs, do optional activities, or purchase photos of your visit.
