What travelers say

Lana S.

“Excellent Taxi service at Punta Cana Airport! The driver, Juan, was a true professional, met us and helped us with our bags. The ride was comfortable and safe, and Juan even shared great ideas about visiting local attractions. Very nice. I highly recommend him.”

Traveler questions

Questions about this hotel transfer

Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Grand Solaris, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free, and you ask for them when booking. Tell us the child's age so the right seat goes in the van.
How do I get back to the airport?
The same driver picks you up at the same door. We confirm the time the day before. With Premium you can change it free up to 12 hours ahead; with Economy you get one included change with 24 hours’ notice.
