Exactly what happens from the moment you land.
Land and clear customs
Customs takes 20 to 40 minutes. We track your flight the whole time, so a delay does not cost you the transfer.
Walk past the counters
Ignore the timeshare and taxi desks inside the terminal. Your driver waits outside the exit doors.
Find your name
An eTransfers sign with your name, behind the barrier. If you do not see it, call the number on your voucher.
Straight to the hotel
No stops, no extra passengers. The price on your voucher is the price.

Traveler questions
Questions about this hotel transfer
How far is GR Solaris Cancun from the airport?
12 km along Boulevard Kukulcán, 25 min without traffic. It is one of the closest Hotel Zone resorts to the airport.
Is GR Solaris Cancun the same as GR Caribe by Solaris?
No. GR Caribe by Solaris is another name for GR Solaris Caribe, the adults-only hotel of the same brand. GR Solaris Cancun is the family resort at km 19.5.
Does GR Solaris Cancun include the airport transfer?
Only the arrival, shared, for direct bookings of 4 nights or more. We take you private both ways, at a fixed price per vehicle.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of GR Solaris Cancun, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free, and you ask for them when booking. Tell us the child's age so the right seat goes in the van.
How do I get back to the airport?
The same driver picks you up at the same door. We confirm the time the day before. With Premium you can change it free up to 12 hours ahead; with Economy you get one included change with 24 hours’ notice.
