Before you land: Canopy, with a door into La Isla
Canopy by Hilton Cancun La Isla is at km 12.5 of Boulevard Kukulcán, with direct access to La Isla Shopping Village and views of the lagoon. It opened in January 2020 as the first Canopy in Latin America. From the airport it is 18 km, 25 min without traffic.
Not on the sand
It is not a beachfront hotel: Playa Marlín is a 1.2 km walk.
Parking with the mall
Parking is shared with La Isla: 5 USD a day, or 8 USD with valet.
Airport transfer
The hotel has no airport shuttle. Ours is private, priced per vehicle and paid when you book.
Late check-out
Rooms from 3 pm, check-out at noon. Late check-out costs half a night until 6 pm and a full night after that.

Is Canopy by Hilton La Isla on the beach?
No. Playa Marlín is a 1.2 km walk; the hotel faces the lagoon.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Canopy by Hilton Cancún La Isla, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
