Garrafon Park Isla Mujeres
Garrafon Park is a snorkeling, kayak and zip-line park at the south tip of Isla Mujeres, run by Dolphin Discovery. It is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; from Cancun you arrive on its ferry, which leaves Playa Langosta (km 5.5 of the Hotel Zone) at 9:00 a.m. and returns at 5:30 p.m.

What is Garrafon Park?
It is a nature park on the cliffs at the south tip of Isla Mujeres, right on the Garrafon reef. It is run by the Dolphin Discovery group, which also offers dolphin swims on the island. Admission is sold as packages that already include the round-trip ferry from Cancun.
The base package is Royal Garrafon: ferry with a domestic open bar, buffet, reef snorkeling, kayaks, one zip-line ride over the sea (online purchases only), infinity pool, cliff-jumping area, beach area, temazcal and a trip to the Punta Sur cliffs. Royal Garrafon VIP adds unlimited zip-lining and VIP areas.
The day runs on a schedule: temazcal at 11:30 a.m., buffet from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m., zip line and jumping area from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and pool parties at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The operator figures about 7 hours in total.
If you are staying on Isla Mujeres, you skip the ferry and take a taxi to Carretera Garrafon, lot 9, km 6. The package price is the same.

Women 5 or more months pregnant can't do water activities or the zip line. No alcohol sales to minors.

How to get to Garrafon Park
Everything starts at Playa Langosta, at km 5.5 of Blvd. Kukulcan, near Punta Cancun. The ferry leaves at 9:00 a.m. and the operator asks you to arrive an hour early to check in; the crossing to Isla Mujeres takes 30 to 40 minutes. On the way back, the boat drops you at Playa Langosta again.
Playa Langosta has no parking, so the operator advises against arriving in your own car. A private transfer drops you at the pier in time for check-in and waits for you at 5:30 p.m., which helps if you are coming from Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos or Costa Mujeres.
