• This tour only operates 2 or 3 times per week, please check availability.
• Check-in is at 08:45 am Cancun time.
• A valid driver's license is required for the golf cart tour. The golf cart is shared by 4 people.
• Water activities (snorkel, slide and trampoline) are only available if weather conditions permit, without full or partial refund. The realization of these activities for children under 7 years old will be subject to the authorization of the Captain of the boat (according to weather conditions).
• In the case of all inclusive, children 2-4 years old will pay $10.00 USD at check in per golf cart activity.
• Only biodegradable sunscreen is allowed.

• Towels.

• If you participate in aquatic activities, follow the instructions of the staff and make sure you know how to swim.
• Due to sun exposure, use sunscreen and reapply regularly to avoid sunburn.

• Be careful when walking on wet or slippery surfaces on the ship.
• Drink alcohol in moderation and responsibly, especially if you plan to swim or engage in water activities.

• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• No refund for cancellation
