What it is

What is Coco Bongo Beach Party?

It is the daytime version of Coco Bongo, run by the same company. Instead of acrobats and a stage, the party happens around the pool: live DJs, drinks, shots and Caribbean views from Plaza Forum by the Sea, in Punta Cancun.

The Regular ticket includes entry, unlimited domestic drinks from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and one snack. Premium upgrades to premium drinks, and Celebrity adds a reserved area. If you only want a few drinks, the Drink Pack comes with 5 domestic drinks.

Do not confuse it with Mandala Beach, Grupo Mandala's beach club at km 9: they are different companies with their own hours and tickets.

If you want both parties, Coco Bongo sells a Double Party pass: Beach Party Tuesday to Sunday and the Coco Bongo night show Monday to Wednesday, with a domestic open bar and a snack at each venue.

Changes

Coco Bongo tickets are non-refundable; date changes must be requested at least 48 hours ahead.

Getting there

How to get to Coco Bongo Beach Party

It is in Punta Cancun, the heart of the Hotel Zone: about 15 to 25 minutes by car from hotels at km 15 to 20, about 15 from downtown Cancun and around 1 hour 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Coco Bongo offers no transportation in Cancun; it recommends a taxi.

If you plan to continue to Coco Bongo or another club afterward, lock in your ride back ahead of time. With a round-trip private transfer you choose your return time when you book and the driver picks you up at the plaza, with no hunting for a taxi.
