Before you land: The Pyramid, Atrium or Beach Front
The Pyramid at Grand Oasis is at km 16.5 of Boulevard Kukulcán, on the same property as Grand Oasis Cancún but booked as its own hotel. From the airport it is 15 km, 25 min without traffic.
A private reception for every room
Every Pyramid room checks in at a private reception lounge, not at the main desk. Its 394 rooms are split into two sectors: Pyramid Atrium and Pyramid Beach Front.
Early and late in every category
Early check-in and late check-out are offered in every room category, subject to availability, and there is a hospitality room for long waits.
Sian Ka’an, adults only
The Sian Ka’an category is for adults, with its own private check-in. The rest of the hotel welcomes families, with a kids club for ages 4 to 12.
The hotel’s transfer

No. Only the Sian Ka’an category is adults only; the rest welcomes families.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of The Pyramid Cancun, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
