Land and clear customs
Customs takes 20 to 40 minutes. We track your flight the whole time, so a delay does not cost you the transfer.
Walk past the counters
Ignore the timeshare and taxi desks inside the terminal. Your driver waits outside the exit doors.

Arriving at Temptation Cancun
Before you land: Temptation, 21 and over at km 3.5
Temptation Cancun Resort is at km 3.5 of Boulevard Kukulcán, at the start of the Hotel Zone. It reopened in August 2017 after being rebuilt from scratch. From the airport it is 23 km, 25 min without traffic.
21 and over
Guests must be 21 or older; there is no kids club. The resort asks for appropriate clothing in the lobby and restaurants.
The resort’s transfer
Not included except with a promo code or in The Tower Penthouse; the resort sells it from 70 USD. Ours is private, priced per vehicle and paid when you book.
Check-out at 11, grace until noon
Check-in at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am, with free grace time until noon. The Tower guests have VIP check-in.
Not the Miches resorts
The chain’s other Temptation resorts are in Miches, Dominican Republic. The Cancun one is the original.
