Moon Palace Cancun is at km 340 of the Cancun–Chetumal highway, one of the shortest transfers from Cancun Airport: 11 km, 35 min without traffic. It is one of three resorts in the Moon Palace complex, so check the name on your booking.
Three resorts, one complex
Moon Palace Cancun, Moon Palace Nizuc and Moon Palace The Grand are booked separately, and The Grand has its own address. Moon Palace Cancun guests only get into The Grand with a day pass.
Two lobbies: Sunrise and Nizuc
Moon Palace Cancun has two sections with their own lobby: Sunrise, the lively one, and Nizuc, the quiet one for families with small kids. Tell us yours and we drop you there; a free shuttle links both every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day.
The resort’s transfer
Moon Palace sells its airport transfer separately and asks for it at least 48 hours before check-in. Bookings made through agencies or other websites do not include it. Ours is private, priced per vehicle and paid when you book.
Check-out is at noon sharp
After noon the resort charges a full day at its published rate. We confirm your pickup time the day before, so you can plan the last morning.
With kids
The Playroom takes kids from 4; younger ones stay with an adult, and teens have the Wired Lounge. With the Kids & Teens Stay Free offer, the resort asks for proof of age at check-in. Child seats in our vehicles are free.

Does Moon Palace Cancun include airport transportation?
Not by default. The resort sells it separately, at least 48 hours ahead, and bookings made through agencies or other sites do not include it. We take you private from Cancun Airport to your lobby, at a fixed price per vehicle.
How far is Moon Palace from Cancun Airport?
11 km on the Cancun–Chetumal highway, 35 min without traffic. It is one of the closest resorts to the airport.
Which lobby do I go to at Moon Palace?
Sunrise or Nizuc, depending on the section on your booking. If you are staying at Moon Palace The Grand, that is a different resort with its own address: book the transfer to The Grand.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Moon Palace Cancun, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free, and you ask for them when booking. Tell us the child's age so the right seat goes in the van.
How do I get back to the airport?
