How it works
How pickup works at Cancún
Exactly what happens from the moment you land.
Land and clear customs
Customs takes 20 to 40 minutes. We track your flight the whole time, so a delay does not cost you the transfer.
Walk past the counters
Ignore the timeshare and taxi desks inside the terminal. Your driver waits outside the exit doors.
Find your name
An eTransfers sign with your name, behind the barrier. If you do not see it, call the number on your voucher.
Straight to the hotel
No stops, no extra passengers. The price on your voucher is the price.

“I was not disappointed. The town has a unique blend of ancient history and modern culture that is truly enchanting. The beaches were stunning, but I was also impressed by the food and drink scene in Tulum; it was an unforgettable experience that I will treasure forever.”
