Marriott Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort, is the neighbor, with its own entrance on Retorno Chac about 600 m away. The JW is a separate hotel and is not all-inclusive. Tell us which one is on your booking and we go to that door.

Is JW Marriott Cancun the same as Marriott Cancun All-Inclusive?
No. They are neighbors in the same Marriott collection, with entrances about 600 m apart. The JW is not all-inclusive.
Does JW Marriott Cancun include airport transportation?
No, the hotel charges for it. We take you private, at a fixed price per vehicle.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
