Hotel Riu Caribe is at km 5.5 of Boulevard Kukulcán, on the beach, on the downtown end of the Hotel Zone. From the airport it is 21 km, 25 min without traffic.

Riu Caribe and Riu Palace Peninsula share km 5.5, Lote 6-C, but they are two hotels about 320 m apart, with their own phone and front desk. Check the name on your booking.
The RIU Party is here
Riu Caribe hosts Cancun’s RIU Party, four parties a week, and guests from five Riu hotels come over for it. The Riu Party rooms and the Pool Party are for guests 18 and over.
Renovated in 2023
Riu reopened the hotel after a full renovation in summer 2023, with a new lobby and front desk around the Frida lobby bar.
Airport transfer
Riu does not offer one with this hotel. Ours is private, priced per vehicle and paid when you book.
With kids
A family hotel with the RIU Land kids club, in two groups: 4 to 7 and 8 to 12. Swim-up rooms are adults only. Child seats in our vehicles are free.
