How to find your driver
Land and clear customs

Walk past the counters

Ignore the timeshare and taxi desks inside the terminal. Your driver waits outside the exit doors.

Find your name

An eTransfers sign with your name, behind the barrier. If you do not see it, call the number on your voucher.

Straight to the hotel

No stops, no extra passengers. The price on your voucher is the price.

At the address you give us when booking in Horizontes Cancun Condos: your hotel door, your rental or the main entrance. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
