Find your name

An eTransfers sign with your name, behind the barrier. If you do not see it, call the number on your voucher.

Straight to the hotel

No stops, no extra passengers. The price on your voucher is the price.

Questions about this hotel transfer

Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Cabañas y Cenote Yaxchen, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
