Arriving at Adhara Cancún
Before you land: Adhara, the former Radisson Hacienda
Adhara Cancún is downtown, on Avenida Carlos Nader. From the airport it is 17 km, 25 min without traffic.
Formerly Radisson Hacienda Cancún
The hotel’s own site identifies it as the former Radisson Hacienda Cancún, also called Adhara Hacienda. Adhara Express, its sister hotel, is a different building.
Beach shuttle
Transport from the hotel to the beach is included only if you book on its website or by WhatsApp.
The hotel’s transfer
It sells transfers to the airport and to the Tren Maya Cancún Aeropuerto station, from 800 to 1,600 MXN depending on the number of passengers. Ours is private, priced per vehicle and paid when you book.
Check-in and check-out
Rooms from 3 pm, check-out at noon; early and late times are requested when booking. Parking is free with controlled access.

Yes, the hotel itself says it is the former Radisson Hacienda Cancún.
Does the driver go inside the resort?
Yes. The drop-off is at the main entrance of Hotel Adhara Cancún, where the bell staff are. There is no extra charge and no walking with luggage.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver is there three hours late. No extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Everyone who fits in the vehicle pays the same, and the price on the voucher already includes taxes and tolls.
