Km 20–22 · Punta Nizuc
The first stretch the driver reaches after the airport road, and the quietest. Big self-contained resorts, no nightlife within walking distance, the shortest journey in the zone.
Km 15–19 · Playa Delfines
The widest public beach in the city, the viewpoint with the coloured letters and the El Rey ruins on the lagoon side. Open sea, so the waves are real.
Km 10–14 · The shopping stretch
La Isla, Luxury Avenue and Kukulcan Plaza, with Playa Marlin and Playa Ballenas behind them. The easiest part to stay in without a car.
Km 8–10 · Punta Cancun
Where the seven turns. Coco Bongo and the clubs, Playa Caracol on the sheltered side and the ferry pier to Isla Mujeres. Loud at night by design.
Km 1–7 · Towards town
Playa Tortugas, Playa Langosta and the calm water. Closest to the city centre and furthest from the airport: about twenty minutes more along the boulevard, at the same price.
City centre · El Centro
Avenida Tulum, Mercado 28 and Parque Las Palapas. Not on the sandbar at all — the road turns off before the boulevard starts, which makes it one of the shorter journeys.

What time should I book the pick-up for?
On arrival you don’t choose: we read the flight number and the driver is there when you land, however late it is. For the way back we confirm the exact time the evening before, allowing 25 min on the road plus the check-in window.
Is it worth it for two people?
The price is per vehicle, so two people pay the same $34 as four. Against two airport taxi fares it usually wins; against one, it’s about even, and you get a fixed price and a driver who waits.
We’re bringing a lot of luggage
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per passenger is included and nothing is charged per bag. Golf clubs, surfboards, pushchairs and wheelchairs fit — tell us when you book so we send the right vehicle, at no extra cost.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes. A stop at a supermarket or a chemist is the one almost everybody asks for, and it’s added when you book rather than agreed with the driver.

Ride-hailing apps work in the area but can’t pick up inside the airport, and at night there may be nothing available. What you’ll find at the terminal are the authorised taxis. A pre-booked transfer is the only option with the price fixed before you land.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing. We track the flight number, the driver adjusts, and the price is the same. That’s the whole reason we ask for the flight number when you book.
Can I cancel?
With the Premium fare, yes: free up to 24 hours before pick-up, no questions asked and no fee, and changes are free up to 12 hours before. The Economy fare, the cheapest one, has no free cancellation, but it includes one change if you let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
