Km 20–22 · Punta Nizuc
The first stretch the driver reaches after the airport road, and the quietest. Big self-contained resorts, no nightlife within walking distance, the shortest ride of the zone.
Km 15–19 · Playa Delfines
The widest public beach in the city, the viewpoint with the coloured letters and the El Rey ruins on the lagoon side. Open sea, so the waves are real.
Km 10–14 · The shopping stretch
La Isla, Luxury Avenue and Kukulcan Plaza, with Playa Marlin and Playa Ballenas behind them. The easiest part to stay in without a car.
Km 8–10 · Punta Cancun
Where the seven turns. Coco Bongo and the clubs, Playa Caracol on the sheltered side and the ferry pier to Isla Mujeres. Loud at night by design.
Km 1–7 · Towards town
Playa Tortugas, Playa Langosta and the calm water. Closest to downtown and furthest from the airport: about twenty minutes more along the boulevard, at the same price.
Downtown · El Centro
Avenida Tulum, Mercado 28 and Parque Las Palapas. Not on the sandbar at all — the road leaves before the boulevard starts, which makes it one of the shorter rides.

What time should I book the pickup for?
For the way in you do not choose: we read the flight number and the driver is there when you land, however late it is. For the way back we confirm the exact time the night before, counting 25 min of road plus the check-in window.
Is it worth it for two people?
The price is per vehicle, so two people pay the same $34 as four. Against two airport taxi fares it usually wins; against one, it is about even and you get a closed price and a driver who waits.
We are bringing a lot of luggage
One suitcase and one carry-on per passenger is included and nothing is charged by the bag. Golf clubs, surfboards, pushchairs and wheelchairs fit — tell us when you book so we send the right vehicle, at no extra cost.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes. A stop at a supermarket or a pharmacy is the one almost everybody asks for, and it is added when you book rather than negotiated with the driver.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing. We track the flight number, the driver adjusts, and the price is the same. That is the whole reason we ask for the flight number when you book.
Can I cancel?
With the Premium fare, yes: free up to 24 hours before pickup, with no explanation and no fee, and changes are free up to 12 hours before. The Economy fare, the cheapest one, has no free cancellation, but it includes one change if you let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
