What happens after I select a vehicle?
You go to your details: lead traveler, flight number and extras. Nothing is charged until the payment step.
Can I change the vehicle later?
Yes, from MyTrip, at the price of the new vehicle. With Premium, up to 12 hours before pickup; with Economy it counts as your included change and must be requested at least 24 hours ahead.
Is the price final?
Yes. Taxes, tolls and luggage are included. The only extras are the ones you add yourself, like a supermarket stop.
What is the difference between Economy and Premium?
Economy is the lowest price for the same private vehicle and driver. Premium adds free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before, free changes up to 12 hours before, priority boarding and a courtesy stop on the way. Economy has no free cancellation, but it includes one change if you let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
