# eTransfers — full reference > Private airport transfers at a fixed price per vehicle. This file lists every airport we serve, the price per zone from the live rate table, how fares and cancellation work, and where to book. Prices are in USD, per vehicle, one way, taxes and tolls included. Generated 2026-10-26. ## Fares, cancellation and changes - Same private vehicle and driver in both fares. **Economy** is the lowest price. **Premium** adds free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup (full refund), free changes up to 12 hours before and one courtesy stop. - Economy has no free cancellation and includes one change requested at least 24 hours before pickup. - The price is per vehicle, not per person. Luggage, taxes and tolls are included. - The driver tracks the flight and waits at arrivals with a sign bearing the passenger name. - Travel times are estimates without traffic, based on distance and speed limits; rush hour can add time. The price does not change. ## Cancun International Airport (CUN) Page: https://etransfers.com/cancun-airport-transportation | Zone | Time without traffic | Passenger van (up to 8) | Airport taxi (up to 3) | Luxury SUV (up to 5) | Group van (up to 15) | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Puerto Morelos | 20 min | $47 | $50 | $117 | $103 | | Cancun Hotel Zone & Downtown | 25 min | $34.99 | $35.4 | $85 | $75 | | Isla Mujeres | 35 min | $50 | $55 | $115 | $110 | | Puerto Juarez | 35 min | $45 | $50 | $130 | $145 | | Moon Palace | 35 min | $34.99 | $35.4 | $85 | $75 | | Maroma Beach | 40 min | $40.5 | $52 | $159.98 | — | | Playa Mujeres | 40 min | $58 | $63 | $126 | $113 | | Costa Mujeres | 45 min | $70 | $75 | $154 | $137 | | Playa Paraiso | 60 min | $60 | $65 | $139 | $185.43 | | Playa del Carmen | 60 min | $69 | $71 | $154 | $149.99 | | Puerto Aventuras | 75 min | $85 | $95 | $177 | $225 | | Akumal | 90 min | $105 | $115 | $230 | $270 | | Tulum | 95 min | $125 | $140 | $287 | $300 | | Valladolid | 120 min | $280 | — | $567 | $871.12 | | Holbox | 135 min | $220 | — | $380 | $420 | | Chichen Itza | 150 min | $280 | — | $567 | $871.32 | | Coba | 161 min | $220 | — | $450 | $450 | | Tulum Hotel Zone | 163 min | $140 | $160 | $319 | $350 | | El Cuyo | 195 min | $253 | — | — | — | | Merida | 240 min | $500 | — | $800 | $990 | | Bacalar | 240 min | $500 | — | $800 | — | | Felipe Carrillo Puerto | 241 min | $300 | — | $911.25 | $1077.03 | | Kohunlich | ~285 min | $430 | — | — | — | | Mahahual | 332 min | $500 | — | $800 | $1077.03 | | Uxmal | 352 min | $400 | — | — | — | | Chetumal | 367 min | $400 | — | — | $695.75 | Book or quote: https://etransfers.com/results?from={from}&to={to}&pax={pax}&date={date}&trip={trip} with `from=CUN`. **How much is transportation from Cancun Airport?** A private transfer from Cancun Airport to the Hotel Zone starts at $34.99 USD per vehicle, one way, for up to 8 passengers with taxes, tolls and luggage included. Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the rest of the Riviera Maya are priced by area; the price list above has every one, and on most routes the round trip costs less than two one-ways. **Is there a shuttle from Cancun Airport to my hotel?** Yes. Every eTransfers ride is a private shuttle: the van goes straight from your terminal to your hotel, with no stops at other hotels. Shared shuttles are cheaper per seat for one traveler, but for two or more a private van usually costs the same or less, and you do not wait for other passengers. **Can I take Uber or a taxi from Cancun Airport?** Ride-hailing apps cannot pick up at the terminals: the airport is federal property and only authorized airport taxis and permitted transfer companies can load passengers there. Airport taxis charge about 65 to 120 USD per car to the Hotel Zone, paid at the counter; a pre-booked transfer starts at $34.99 USD and the price is fixed before you fly. **Where exactly does my driver wait?** Right outside the arrivals exit doors of your terminal, behind the barrier, holding an eTransfers sign. Your voucher names the exit for your terminal, and the driver appears in MyTrip with photo and plate. **My flight is delayed or lands early. What happens?** Nothing on your side. We track your flight number and move the pickup ourselves, at no charge. The driver is there when you walk out. **Is the price per person or per vehicle?** Per vehicle. A passenger van carries up to 8 passengers and their luggage for the same price, taxes and tolls included. **Which terminal do I arrive at?** It depends on your airline: Terminal 2 for Volaris, VivaAerobus and Aeroméxico domestic; Terminal 3 for American, Delta, United and Air Canada; Terminal 4 for JetBlue, Southwest, WestJet and most European carriers. The terminal list above is the full picture, and your voucher names yours. **Do you provide child seats?** Yes, free. Choose infant seats or boosters at checkout and they are installed before you land. ## Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport (TQO) Page: https://etransfers.com/tulum-airport-transportation No online rates yet: transfers from this airport are quoted on WhatsApp (+52 998 387 0229). ## Cozumel International Airport (CZM) Page: https://etransfers.com/cozumel-airport-transfers No online rates yet: transfers from this airport are quoted on WhatsApp (+52 998 387 0229). ## Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) Page: https://etransfers.com/puerto-vallarta-airport-transportation | Zone | Time without traffic | Passenger van · up to 6 (up to 6) | Luxury SUV (up to 5) | Extended van (up to 11) | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Nuevo Nayarit Vidanta | 25 min | $129.99 | $154 | $167 | | Cruz de Huanacaxtle - Marival Armony | 30 min | $158 | $220 | $300 | | Zona Hotelera Nuevo Nayarit Rius | 34 min | $144 | $172 | $209 | | Nuevo Vallarta RIU hasta Decameron | 34 min | $154 | $167.4 | $250 | | Sur-Mismaloya y Zona Hotelera Nuevo Vallarta | 63 min | $159 | $173.9 | $240 | | Punta de Mita - Palladium | 68 min | $215 | $226 | $245 | | Zone 8 | 81 min | $245 | $273 | $375 | | Iberostar | 88 min | $240 | $265 | $608 | Book or quote: https://etransfers.com/results?from={from}&to={to}&pax={pax}&date={date}&trip={trip} with `from=PVR`. **What is the hall of desks after customs?** Timeshare sales.
